Can I register as a minor?
Even minors can register.

When I register my e-mail addresas, are there any e-mail addresses that I cannot use?
Basically, any e-mail address can be used, but please refrain from using the following types of e-mail addresses:
・E-mail addresses that are shared by multiple people
・E-mail addresses that you do not use regularly or that you cannot be contacted by.
I haven’t received my registration confirmation e-mail.
Please check the following two points.
1. Is your e-mail address set to receive email from “@vgroup.jp”?
If you are using e-mail filtering, please make sure that your settings
allow you to receive e-mail from “vgroup.jp”.
2. Is the registration confirmation e-mail being automatically filtered to junk mail?
I want to delete my account, but I don’t know how to cancel my membership.
After logging in, you can cancel your membership from the Member Information page on My Page. When you cancel your membership, all the information you have registered will be deleted. You will not be able to get it back.
I cancelled my membership once, but can I register again?
Yes, you can, but please note that we will not be able to recover any of your data before you canceled your membership.

I want to disconnect the app from Facebook.

How can I support the project?
You can support the project by selecting your desired return from the project page. Please note that you need to register to support the project.
How can I change the shipping address I registered when I supported the project?
Please check the “Notation Based on the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions” at the bottom right of the project page and contact the seller to change the delivery address.
If it says, “Please contact the platformer’s contact information”, please contact them through the MIRAIPO contact page.

Can I cancel my support?
※Except in the case where we are the project owner, the representative indicated in the notation based on the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions, or the person in charge of the business related to mail-order sales.
I supported the project by bank transfer, but the amount is not added to the amount of support being collected.
In the case of a bank transfer, the fund must be transferred after the support procedure. The amount will be reflected in the support amount on the website when we confirm the payment.
I paid by credit card. When will I be billed?
The billing date for credit card payments will be after the project end date.
Please note that even if the success of your project is confirmed before the end date, you will be billed after the project end date.
