Content of Service Our company provides a place or an opportunity for other members to become supporters and conclude a sales contract for the return of a project posted by a member as a project owner. Therefore, the Company provides services to Project Owners from the start of the posting of each project until the end of the posting of that project.
Except for the services specified above, there are no products or services directly provided by our company to supporters. However, if the Company becomes the Project Owner, the Company will follow the rules of the Project Owner.
The seller of the return for each project is the project owner, and the return is provided directly from the project owner to the supporter, so the description of each project will be followed.

Compensation for Services The project owner will be charged a sales closing commission for the project support to the Company only if the project is completed within the application period. The commission will be 18% (including consumption tax) of the "principal support amount", which is calculated by subtracting 5% (including consumption tax) of the settlement amount paid by the supporter from the project support amount (including consumption tax) (hereinafter referred to as the "total support amount").
Payment of the support and purchase price is made to the project owner as compensation for the return, and the Company receives the support and purchase price as a proxy recipient. A 5% settlement fee (including tax) will be charged as compensation for the services provided by the Website to the Supporter Members. The settlement fee is included in the price of the return. Please pay the price of the return presented by the project owner
by the prescribed method.

Expenses Other than the Compensation for Services Internet connection fees and other telecommunication line communication costs must be paid separately by the project owner (the amount is determined by the member or the project owner's contracted service provider).

Time of Provision of Services In principle, the service is provided from the start of the publication of each project until the end of the publication of the relevant project.
Please note that we are not involved in and cannot be held responsible for any problems between supporters and project owners.

About Payment Methods The sales completion fee will be deducted from the total amount of support paid to the project owner by the Company after the project is completed.
The fund will be transferred to the bank account designated by the project owner after the sales completion fee is deducted. The bank transfer fee will be borne by the Company.
In addition, supporters can only pay the support fund that the Company receive on their behalf using the payment method approved by the Company. The amount of support (return price) includes consumption tax, shipping and handling charges for return items. However, additional fees will be charged according to the payment method chosen by the supporter. Please refer to the description of each project.
Bank transfer: A bank transfer fee will be charged depending on the financial institution where the payment is made.

Returning or Cancelling Products

・In principle, once a project has started, it is not possible to cancel or change the project for the convenience of the project owner.

However, this does not apply in cases where the Company deem it unavoidable.
In the unlikely event that a project is cancelled, a separate cancellation fee will be incurred.
Please contact us for details about changes after the project has been posted.

・Supporters may cancel the purchase of a return once the purchase procedure has been completed, at any time before the project is completed, by using our designated method.
However, in the case of a bank transfer, the supporter will be responsible for the bank transfer fee when making the refund.
In such cases, please contact the project owner of the relevant project.
If the project is unsuccessful, the supporter's support fund will be refunded and the sales contract between the project owner and the supporter regarding the return will cease to be effective. Even in this case, the supporter shall bear the fee separately set by the financial institution according to the method of payment of the support fund.

Please note that the purchase of returns cannot be cancelled after the project has been approved, even during the period of the project's support fund solicitation.


About Products

・After the project is completed, the project owner will send the returns (transfer of rights, provision of services, etc.) to the registered address at the scheduled time listed on the relevant page for each project.
However, in the event that the return cannot be sent due to reasons attributable to the purchaser, such as failure to provide the necessary information, the purchaser will be deemed to have waived the right to receive the return and the return will not be delivered.

・Please note that the Company cannot be held responsible for any defect (including hidden defect) of the return or the goods because it is not the provider of the return or the goods.

Payment Period

Payment for support will be made when each project is completed within the application period. However, it depends on the funding method chosen by the project and the payment method chosen by the supporter.


・What is the point in time when a project is completed?
All-or-Nothing (post-achievement support type): When the target amount is achieved within the application period.
Keep-it-All (immediate support type): When even one yen of support is completed within the application period.


・Credit Card Payment: When the project is completed within the application period, the payment of the support fund will be made.


・Bank transfer: When the order is completed, we will issue an authorization code and notify the customer via the completion screen and email. Payment will be completed when we confirm the transfer of the support fund within 5 business days from the day after the authorization code is issued.
However, our confirmation is only possible during our business hours.

Please note that if the total amount of support for a project has not reached the target amount on the day the call for projects is closed, the transfer of support fund after the call for projects closes will become invalid and the transferred support fund will be refunded minus the transfer fee.


Payment Method Payment can be made by credit card (Visa/Mastercard) or bank transfer (bank ATM or internet banking). In the case of bank transfer, the customer will be responsible for the designated bank transfer fee.

Time of delivery of goods or provision of services The customer will only be entitled to receive the agreed-upon return if the support payment is completed, and the project is completed within the application period. The timing of delivery (performance) of each return will follow the description and communication of each project. In the event of delays due to various reasons, the project owner will notify the customer.

Return of Goods Generally, we do not accept cancellations of return purchases for completed projects, except in the case of defective products. However, if there is a separate provision on each project page, that provision will take precedence.
If there is a defect in the product, please contact the seller within 7 days after the product is delivered.

Delivery of Returns

In principle, returns will be delivered only within Japan.

However, delivery to some areas such as remote islands may not be possible, so please contact the project owner.
